We will happily accept returns of the following products within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt:
Dog and cat food that is at least ½ full and in its original package, or unopened canned food.
Collars and harnesses, unworn and in their original packaging.
Selected other merchandise that is unused and unopened, with labels attached.
Sorry! We cannot take returns on the following items:
Beds, Toys, Leashes, Natural Chews, Frozen treats and bones, Bakery goods, Custom or special orders, Opened canned food, Marked down, clearance items, or seasonal items.
Refunds are in the form of store credit.
